15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 to 1/2 cup tofu mayo
1 1/2 stalks celery ,cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
In a bowl mash chickpeas with potato masher or fork. Some chunks are fine.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
Makes enough for 4 sandwiches and keeps in the fridge for several days
