Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1 whole chicken
salt and pepper
1 onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 bag baby carrots cut in half
kluski noodles
chicken broth

Directions

Place chicken in large dutch oven and cover with enough water to cover chicken.
Simmer until cooked and remove from water.
Strain.
Add onions, celery, carrots and salt and pepper, broth and simmer til tender.
Add cut up chicken.
Boil noodles according to bag directions and add when finished cooking.
Simmer.
