Chicken Mushroom Risotto

3/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup frozen peas
COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned, stirring often. Remove chicken.
ADD onion, carrot and rice. Cook and stir until rice is browned.
ADD soup, broth and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min.
ADD peas and return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook 5 min. or until chicken and rice are done.
