chicken skin on
1/2 green and red pepper. chopped small
1 jar pimentos
1 small onion chopped small
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Put chicken in a big pot and put in just enough water to cover chicken.
Cook slowly until tender and remove from pot.
Take of skin and cut up to the chicken stock from your cooked chicken add the boulion cubes and other ingredient except corn starch.
Cook until tender add chicken and corn starch until thickened and serve over rice, noodles or biscuits.
