Chi Chi Peppers (Shishitou)- Japanese Style

Ingredients

1 package chi chi peppers
1 tbsp sesame oil
2tsp sugar
1 tbsp sake
2 tbsp soy source

Directions

Get chi chi peppers (usually found at Japanese markets)
Cut them into half and remove some seeds (not all of them)
Wash them and wipe dry
Heat sesame oil inn a frying pan
Put chi chi peppers when oil is heated
Stir them for a few minutes
Add sugar, sake and soy source (in this order)
Remove from heat
