Cherry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 pound butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 can blueberry, cherry or apple pie filling
3 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix flour, butter, baking powder and sugar together and make crumbled.
Leave 2 handfuls in extra bowl for topping.
Then add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix together and spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Spread on pie filling and sprinkle with crumbs.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour

* if you use apple pie filling add brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon and bake for 50 minutes instead of an hour
