Cheesy Beer Muffins

Ingredients

1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup cornmeal
3 oz cheese, cheddar, shredded
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 teaspoon mustard, dry
1 teaspoon dill weed, dried
12 oz beer
cooking spray

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well. Add beer, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Spoon batter evenly into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from pans immediately.

Yield: 11/2 dozen.
