Cappuccino Angel Cake

16 oz pkg angel food cake mix
1 1/4 cups cold water
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tbls instant coffee granules
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat cake mix and water in a large bowl with a mixer for 1 1/2 minutes.
Gently fold in chocolate chips and coffee granules.
Spoon batter into a 10 inch tube pan.
Break air pockets by cutting through batter with knife.
Bake 350F for 37 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly.
Invert pan into heat proof glass bottle and cool upside down in pan.
Loosen cake from sides of pan using a knife.
Invert cake onto a plate.
