1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbls ground red pepper
1/2 cup Franks hot sauce
2 tbls butter
Fill deep fryer halfway with vegetable oil and heat to 400F to 450F
* if you don't like your wings spicy then omit the ground red pepper from the flour
Mix the flour and the ground red pepper together in a large bowl with a lid. Place 10 wings in flour mixture and shake bowl to coat.
Place in deep fryer and cook until crispy about 10 to 15 min.while wings are cooking melt butter and add franks hot sauce (more or less to taste) in a large container with lid. Put cooked wings into sauce, cover with lid and shake. Make wings in batches of 10 and serve with celery and blue cheese. Yummy
