Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Ingredients

14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg stove top stuffing- chicken flavor
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic- minced
1 1/2 pds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp basil
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

Preheat over to 400F.
Place tomatoes with their liquid in medium bowl.
Add stuffing mix, water, and garlic, stir just until stuffing is moistened.
Set aside.
Place chicken in 13x9 baking dish.
Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
