Sausage (any kind you prefer)
1 small or half a medium onion
1 bag shredded hash browns
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (or you can shred your own)
Half a jar of 505 green chili
1 package of burrito sized tortillas
First you want to begin to cook the hash browns in a pan using a little butter. After that is started you want to begin to cook the sausage making sure it is in small pieces. As that begins to cook chop up the onion. Add the onion to the cooking sausage and continue to cook until sausage is done. Drain and put into a large bowl. Add the hash browns to the bowl when they are done.
In a different pan begin to cook the eggs adding salt and pepper to taste and make sure they are scrambled into pretty small pieces. When those are finished add them to the bowl and put the cheese on top (if you don't like a lot of cheese in your burritos then you don't have to add the entire bag). Mix. When everything looks pretty mixed up then pour your half a jar of 505 green chili and mix thoroughly.
Put heaping spoonfuls of the mixture into tortillas wrap and enjoy!
(When I do this recipe it usually uses an entire package of tortillas)
