1 cup peaches, frozen, thawed
1 1/2 cups peach nectar or apricot nectar, chilled
1 tablespoon liqueur, orange-flavored
3/4 cup sweet white wine
Combine peach slices and nectar in a blender; process until very smooth.
Add orange liqueur and sparkling wine, and stir gently.
Serve immediately in champagne flutes or wine glasses.
