Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Scallops wrapped in bacon that is quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

8 slices of bacon
16 sea scallops
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

Directions

Preheat grill or oven to 350F.
Fry/cook bacon no more than half
way. Cut bacon in half and wrap around the scallop. Secure with a skewer for the grill or a toothpick for the oven. Drizzle with lemon juice. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until bacon and scallop are done. Serve warm.
