boneless chicken breasts
6 oz jar of artichoke hearts
Cut boneless chicken into small pieces and pound well.
Dip chicken into eggs then breadcrumbs
Brown chicken and mushrooms in oil from 6 oz jar of artichokes.
Add more oil if needed.
Place chicken in baking dish, cover with artichoke hearts and mushrooms
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
