Apple Berry Salsa

Ingredients

2 med granny smith apples
1 pt strawberries, diced
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
1 small orange
2 tbls packed brown sugar
2 tbls apple jelly or apricot jam

Directions

Peel, core and slice apples. Coarsely shop apples, dice strawberries and kiwi.
Place fruit in a small bowl.

Zest orange to measure 1 tsp zest, juice orange to measure 2 tbls juice.
Add zest, juice, brown sugar and jelly to fruit mixture, mix gently and refrigerate.
