Tasty Cheese Ball

2 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese
1 8 ounce packages shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 6 ounce package dried Cranberries (I use Craisins)
2 Tablespoons Honey

Combine/mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape into a ball. Transfer the ball into a giant zip lock bag containing 1 cup of chopped Walnuts or
Pecans. Roll the cheese ball, in the bag, so the nuts are on the surface of it. Allow the cheese ball to sit over night for the ingredients to
combine well.

Yields: 1 big (or 2 small) Cheese Balls

I originally got this recipe from a woman who had brought them to two separate parties I'd been to. She serves the cheese ball with low salt Wheat
Thins. I finally asked her for the recipe and made three for a party I had New Years. I used one. froze the other two in the zip locks. I had a
party to go to on Saturday, so I pulled one out of the freezer (after 8 months) and brought it. It was gone within an hour and I had people
asking me for the recipe. One other note. I make mine with the low-fat cream cheese. It's healthier for you and no one knows the difference.
