Ricotta and Tomato Toast

1 slice Whole wheat bread -- lightly toasted
1/4 cup Ricotta -- part skim
1/2 small Tomato -- heirloom
Fresh Basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Spread bread with ricotta, top with tomato and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and
season with salt and pepper.
