Red Lobster Cheddar Cheese and Garlic Biscuits
Red Lobster Biscuits
Serving Size: 12
2 cups Buttermilk baking mix
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2/3 cup Milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine buttermilk baking mix, milk and
cheese. Mix with wooden spoon, until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30
seconds. Drop dough by heaping Tbsp full onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Combine melted butter and
garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
