Potted Salmon

12 oz boned salmon,cold and skinned
3 pounded anchovies
1/4 lb butter
1 pinch mace
salt
cayenne pepper

Pound all the ingredients well and press into a dish. Cover with melted
butter, chill and serve with rolls or toast.
