P.F. Chang's BBQ Sauce

This is a tasty BBQ Sauce. P.F. Chang uses it on their short ribs
appetizer.

3 cup Heinz Ketchup
1 1/2 ounce Hoisin Sauce
2 ounce Sake
1 teaspoon Ginger (Finely Minced)
1 teaspoon Garlic (Finely Minced)
2 1/2 ounce Soy Sauce
2 ounce Water
2 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Star Anise
1 1/2 cup Sugar

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
