I make this without the tuna for a nice noodle side dish.

Tuna Noodles Romanoff

Serves 6

8 ounce uncooked egg noodles
13 ounce tuna -- drained
2 ounce diced pimientos -- drained
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 tablespoon butter -- melted

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix noodles, tuna,
pimientos, mushrooms, sour cream, milk, chives, salt, and pepper in
ungreased 2-quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and butter;
sprinkle over tuna mixture. Bake uncovered in 350F degree oven 35 to
40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
