fryer with 1-2 quarts of oil
4 slice of bread
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
2 cups bisquick
Combine the egg, milk, and extract. Mix well. Add the bisquick to the mix and mix until smooth. Cut 4 slices of bread into nine pieces. Drop the
pieces into the batter then fry for 2 minutes or until gold brown.
Roll while hot in 1/2 of sugar.
