Honey Mustard Dressing (Welch)

Serves 48

1 cup oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar -- plus
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Put oil, mustard, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, parsley, onion,
Worcestershire and salt in a blender container. Blend for 3 minutes on
medium speed. Makes 3 cups. Keeps well.
