Taco Layer Dip

1 can refried beans
2 avocados coarsely mashed
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream mixed
Packaged taco seasoning
2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup green onions
shredded cheese
olives . black or green pimiento-stuffed ones, sliced

Spread the refried beans on a plate or platter. Mix a little of the taco
seasoning and the lemon juice into the avocadoes as you coarsely mash the
mixture. Spread the avocadoes evenly over the beans. Mix the mayannaise
and sour cream together. Stir in the majority of the taco seasoning.
Spread over the avocadoes. Top with the vegetables, cheese and olives.
