Deviled Eggs
Tasty Little Devils
1 doz. hard boiled, peeled eggs
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup bacon bits
21/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened (optional)
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Halve the eggs lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a small mixing bowl and
mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into egg halves and
chill.
