CORRECTION: Chicken Teriyaki
I should have eliminated the reference to chicken from this,
since I didn't include the chicken!

Subject: How to make Teriyaki sauce?
I understand it requires boiling soy sauce, sake and sugar or honey.
Could somebody advise what the respective amounts could be? Any other
tip? Thank you in advance.
My daughter is a fan of Chicken Teriyaki, so I have played
with the formula a bit. Here is what I came up with:
Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sake (Japanese rice wine)
I combine this all in a small pan and cook it down (uncovered)
until it is syrupy. This may or may not be necessary,
depending on how you are going to be using it.
