Chocolate Angel Food Cake
Recipe from The Tennessee Magazine, December 1997

1 box angel food cake mix
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup water

Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high speed for another 2 minutes. Pour batter into ungreased angel food cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until top is browned and cracked. Do not underbake.

Remove from oven and set upside-down until cooled. Remove from pan and drizzle with No-Fat Chocolate Glaze if desired. 8-10 servings.

No-Fat Chocolate Glaze

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
