    Default scuppernongs

I just returned from buying 7.5 pounds of Darlene scuppernongs for
jelly. That should do 2 batches nicely. I paid $5 for them. I also
took the grower a small jar of the jelly I made from his grapes last
    year.

The grapes are in the Mehu-Liisa. I will make the jelly tomorrow.

    Not a bad price for 7.5 pounds. : - ) I think I've missed out on
muscadines around here this year. I wish I wasn't so darn busy with
work/study/exams!!! Oh well, there is always next year...

Always smart to "sweeten" the deal. : - )

I think that actually may be a preservers commandment:

"Thou shalt show kindness to thy grower of lovely things"
