I know. I payed $15.61 from Amazon five months ago for a paperback
version of the Ball Complete book. The Cosco version I saw was a
hardback. I like hardbacks better. What would even be better if the they
made the book wire bound, lays flat on the table, water and food proof,
like the Betty Crocker Books. Mine already has tomato stains on the
pages I did buy "the COMPLETE BOOK of Small-Batch Preserving" at
Cosco. Which was next to the Ball Book - In Michigan.

Currently looking at my newly purchased book "Dinner on a Dime by Taste
of Home". Low Cost tasty home meals are my style in my old and decrepit
age I made the "Roast Beef Chimichangas" excellent. I used left over
roast beef and corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas. I also used my
newly made first time ever canned "Simple Salsa", - the best Salsa I
have ever tasted! I need a much bigger garden next year!
