    Let the games begin!

I took a nice batch of black raspberry jam from the waterbath this
morning. Sure€Jell powder pectin. I haven't screwed up the courage yet
to give a go to the bulk stuff I bought a couple weeks ago. Maybe soon.
I'm thinking I'll use when I make gingered rhubarb jam.

    Frozen.
    No.
Chop some candied ginger to equal 2-4 tablespoons and stir it in when
    you dump the sugar in.

Thanks. I should be thinking about apricot stuff soon. And strawberry
stuff. My mind is still in March. :-o\

    I like Orange-Rhubarb Jam better. :-o\
