Let the games begin!
I took a nice batch of black raspberry jam from the waterbath this
morning. Sure€Jell powder pectin. I haven't screwed up the courage yet
to give a go to the bulk stuff I bought a couple weeks ago. Maybe soon.
I'm thinking I'll use when I make gingered rhubarb jam.

ok Mrs. Cleaver...er...I mean, Barb! Were those fresh black raspberries or
frozen? Did you strain off some of the seeds or what? Enquiring minds want
to know

No.
Chop some candied ginger to equal 2-4 tablespoons and stir it in when
you dump the sugar in.
Thanks. I should be thinking about apricot stuff soon. And strawberry
stuff. My mind is still in March. :-o\
I like Orange-Rhubarb Jam better. :-o\
