Good News
My lovely daughter sent me a picture this morning of the Griptite jar
tongs that I have. Evidently Ball has started producing them again. I
couldn't tell from the picture if they were stainless steel like the old
ones or aluminum. At any rate they are available again, at least in the
Tomball, TX Walmart, at $10.99 a set. I may look around here to see if I
can get an extra set for "just in case."
George, still grinning

Never mind, once I enlarged the photo the lifters are just the common
Ball type, severely disappointed.

I would never in a million years compare Ball's new jar lift to your
Grip-Tite, Jorge. Nevah. I'd sure like to see the picture she sent
you.

Not only that, I think the new one they're pitching stinks.
