    Default Beety observation (Hi, Barb!)

Strolling around Sprouts Market (aka Henry's) today (forgot my
list at home), I happened upon a product I'd never seen before--dried
beet chips. I didn't have a chance to check whether they were fried as
in potato chips, or just sliced and dried. Although I enjoy beets
in a few forms, these didn't look particularly appetizing.

Are you back from your trip or did I miss something? Curious minds and
    all that.

We have them here. Some packets are a mix of beets and parsnips. Not my
    'cupa tea' as we say

Yes, we're back. Wonderful trip. Will email you (and anyone else who
asks) the sites for Youtubes posted of our group.
