Seeing both this and the after-roast photo, I sure wish to have been
at your house for dinner instead of at the bad-cooks home where I had
to choke down a very odd mix of dried out and completely unseasoned
foods. Thanks for sharing the look of what appears to be a well
seasoned and moist roasted turkey!

BiterBob would have like the rest gotten all he could eat, then a
quick grooming, and sleep away the rest of the day. What a hard life
they have. LOL

Next year you roast the turkey.
