Hey Barb!! .....I finally made that apple pie crust you posted.

Used it fer fresh blueberry pie. Seems like that recipe would work
fer a deep dish, as it overwhelmed my 9" pie tin. Almost TOO Thick.
I halved the salt and it still came out good. I may halve the sugar,
next time. I made it with pastry cutter. Will try my new FP, next.
Still, the best crust I've attempted, so far.
