It's extremely rare that I'll order steak at a restaurant... the
majority of times it's not a very good steak and rarely is it
properly cooked. Steak is something I much prefer to shop for myself
and cook myself. When I go out to eat it's for something I won't cook
at home because I don't keep those ingredients on hand or it doesn't
pay for me to own the particular necessary equipment or I don't cook
certain ingredients at home because it will stink up my abode and
everything in it. I don't deep fry at home because fryers for home
use are too wimpy and I wouldn't use a commercial fryer often enough
to justify the expense, space, or the quantity of oil it requires. I
don't cook seafood at home because it'll make my abode smell like
dagos live here. I don't cook oriental because too many odd ball
ingredients are necessary that will rot before I use them all and
because no matter what yoose say your stove can do, only an oriental
commercial kitchen can pwopally wok n' woll.
