    Default Unwrapped

Has anyone ever made (or even eaten) chocolate covered popcorn? I
watched "Unwrapped" on the FoodNetwork tonight and it jumped out at
me. They said you should use "mushroom" popcorn. OK, I found it.
    Expensive! Two pounds for $7.
    http://shop.justpoppin.com/gourmet-p...m-popcorn.html

    I also found recipes...
    http://www.chocolate-candy-mall.com/...n-recipes.html

The problem is I've never tasted it. I know I like Cowboy corn... and
I can't stop eating it. Sweet and salty get me every time, but
chocolate isn't that way. If you've tried it, do you like it? Has
anybody actually made it? I'm wondering if I could get away using
regular popcorn, because it works for caramel corn (a "can't stop"
    popcorn that I actually make).

    I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Ugh, how big of a fatass does one need to be to eat such a thing?
Nothing personal against you, I just think it sounds rather
    gluttonous.

That name reminds me of puppy chow. I can't stand the stuff.

    CHEX MIX PUPPY CHOW
    Printed from COOKS.COM

    9 cup Chex
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Put cereal in large bowl. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and
butter. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour over Chex cereal, put into a large plastic bag with powdered
sugar and shake well to coat.

Spread mixture evenly on wax paper and allow to cool.

I have never really liked chocolate popcorn, but I've only gotten it
in the Boy Scout tins, so that may be why.

I imagine if you have good popcorn and good chocolate, it will taste
    good.
