Ultrex electric pressure cooker
My mom has one. Looks to be about a 5 qt model. I won't use it till
I know how it works safely, but have no manual and the company appears
to be long gone.
It has a permanently attached bobble weight in center of lid. It also
has what appears to be a safety valve on the lid handle. The safety
valve is red and looks like it's also a manual pressure relief valve
the user can depress to relieve pressure. It looks pretty straight
forward and appears to be all there and in decent shape, but I still
would like to know the rules for using this device, specially that
captive bobble-weight.
Anyone have an Ultrex like it?

HSN (Home Shopping Network) sold these. You might go to their site
and ask about it in their cooking forums.
