Sweet Potato Pie

Recipe By: Becca Love
Serving Size: 16 (two pies)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons flour
2/3 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 large eggs -- beaten
8 tablespoons butter -- melted
2 9 inch pie crusts, unbaked

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Sift together the dry ingredients.

Blend remaining ingredients well in a large mixing bowl. While
mixing, slowly add dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour filling into 2 unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45
minutes.
