Very simple and speedy recipe, low fat and low carbs but very very
yummy. You should try! I have served it with 2 hearts of potatoes

TURCHEY ROULADES filled with green bell peppers.

Ingr. Per 6 persone

12 slices turchey (thin and large)
2 big green bell peppers
6 anchovies (underoil)
4 Tbs romano cheese (grated)
4 Tbs parsley
4 Tbs breadcrumb
6 Tbs Oil (Evo)
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch pepper
1 lemon zest (grated).
Wash bell peppers. Cut in pieces , throwing away seeds and white
parts. Mince in the robot together with parsley and anchovies . Then
add lemon zest and romano cheese, 2 Tbsp oil, salt, pepper and
breadcrumb. Mix again very well. Put 2 tablespoon of this mix over the
meat slices. Then roll to obtain roulades and fix with a toothpick.
Transfer roulades in an antisticking baking pan and cover them with
some oil. Add little salt and pepper and bake at 180C (350F) for
about 15 minutes or till they are golden.
