I was reading the blog called Homesick Texan yesterday and the
blogger's family makes turkey tamales. That idea struck my yummy
bone.

Pot pies are a wonderful way to use leftover turkey, and yours look
wonderful. My oldest son voted for King Ranch Chicken, so that is what
I cooked.

I don't care for bottom crusts either.....just too doughy for me.
Top crust seals everything inside...and remains crisp.

If your bottom crust is doughy, you're cooking it wrong.
