    Very nice! Is your method of blind baking similar to Wayne's? That crust
    was gorgeous.

    Thanks Lin....I just put a piece of parchment and use pinto beans.
    Been using the same beans for years now. Just keep them in the
    freezer until needed. I am not sure I know how Wayne does it...but
    it is the usual....425F for 15 minutes, remove beans and parchment and
    continue until golden brown.
