Tonight's dinner
Carin's birthday is around St. Patty's Day, so we always have her fave
dinner, corned beef and cabbage, and her fave dessert, tiramisu, for her
birthday dinner. This year, I wasn't here on her birthday, and this is
the first time she's been here since, so we're having it tonight. I've
been too ill to eat very much or very often, so I also made a fruit
salad in case I want to eat but don't want anything as heavy as corned
beef and cabbage.
What are you having?

Hectic day here. We just got two new kitties. Mom and baby. Mom has an
eye problem. She'll go to the vet for that in the morning and baby will get
her 6th month shot. I spent so much time with the kitties, I didn't make
dinner.
Sent daughter off to dance with a Teff wrap that has margarine, lettuce and
turkey on it and also some apple slices.
I found some pretty old White Castle burgers in the freezer so I ate those.
Hopefully we can have a better dinner tomorrow.

Lin made tacos using grilled tuna steaks, lettuce, and pineapple salsa. We
had doctored black beans and brown rice on the side. She had a beer; I had
water to drink. (I'm working tonight.)
