    Default Thanksgiving prep...

Yep, working on it now since I redefined Thanksgiving to Sunday 29th to
match my schedule as well as my guests. The menu is almost the same as
previously posted, I only dropped the butternut squash soup from the
    final version.

    Last nights cook-a-thon:

    - Wild mushroom soup
    - Boston brown bread
    - Cranberry and candied orange chutney
    - Creamed spinach
    - Cinnamon ice cream base

    Today's so far:

    - Sausage and mushroom stuffing
    - Stuffing stuffed mushrooms
    - Roast butternut squash and caramelized onion tart
    - Corn pudding
    - Pumpkin crème Brule
    - Apple pie

    Still to go today:

    - Freeze cinnamon ice cream
    - Orange roast baby carrots w/ honey
    - Peas and pearl onions
    - Acorn squash w/ wild rice and dried cranberry stuffing

    Tomorrow:

    - Roast turkey
    - Gravy
    - Roast asparagus
    - Popovers
    - Finish / heat side dishes

Almost like I had a clue...

My guest list has grown with two additions who are back in town early so
I can invite them now. This is good, it will save me from having to eat
three creme brulees since the minimum batch size is four.
