Thanks for the help with the curries!
With your help and some reading on the net for "recipes" I took what I liked
and made my own and it came out well. Since a curry is basically a stew
(from what I read) so that's what I made. It may not have been "authentic"
but it was good. Which bring me to this point that from what I seen country
cooking is country cooking regardless of the country! There is no authentic
because each mother of each family has her own recipe - like meat loaf, or
spaghetti or even beef stew!

im still looking for the perfect, or t least a very
good curry. Might go to india and see how different it is there...
