Thread: Thanks for the help with the curries!

    Default Thanks for the help with the curries!

    With your help and some reading on the net for "recipes" I took what I liked
    and made my own and it came out well. Since a curry is basically a stew
    (from what I read) so that's what I made. It may not have been "authentic"
    but it was good. Which bring me to this point that from what I seen country
    cooking is country cooking regardless of the country! There is no authentic
    because each mother of each family has her own recipe - like meat loaf, or
    spaghetti or even beef stew!

    You're right. But be prepared for the boneheads kn rfc to tell you "how it
    is DONE."

    im still looking for the perfect, or t least a very
    good curry. Might go to india and see how different it is there...
