Mine was a "praise God" breakfast. My favorite cheesemonger recently closed
their doors, leaving me without a source for Land o' Lakes Sharp American
and a couple of other favorite cheeses. I have now found a new source for
LoL Sharp Am and was able to enjoy it in my ham and cheese omelet. A small
bowl of Uncle Sam with a small, sliced banana and milk rounded out the meal.
Morning coffee is a given.

Don't wait too long; I hear that they are no longer firm when past their
prime. ;-)

That's very true, even for cantaloupe.

Re: A Sunday's BUM!!!'s Breakfast!
I made an omelet out of egg beaters and half of one of those packets
of Old El Paso Tortilla Stuffers, which make great omelet fillings
(just nuke it up and spoon it in), and I added some pepperjack cheese,
and topped with salsa and a little fat free sour cream. Served it
with an English Muffin on the side.
