    Default Suggestions For Using Smoked Scallops?

    We just received a gift of smoked scallops - only 4 oz.

    Has anyone ideas on how to combine them into fettucini meal?

    Yum! I would just barely heat them up and add to a fetticini dish with a
    white sauce (no tomatoes). Not much, so 2 plates only.

    I was gonna say! Smoked scallops are as cooked as they need to be.
    Just make a plate (or two) of pasta/fettucini with a oil or white
    sauce and dump the smoked scallops in at the last minute to warm them
    uo, and serve!
