Stuffed Orange French Toast Friday Breakfast.
Four slices whole wheat bread
Soaked in Egg Beaters and two tablespoons orange juice.
Pan French toasted to a deep dark doneness.
Plated thusly:
Slice of French toast
Smear of cream cheese
Smear of 2% cottage cheese
Repeat 3 times.
Carve in quarters
Dot with unsalted butter
Pour a shot of Grand Marnier
Washed down with a tall glass of ice-cold OJ.
CAUTION: Slippery when wet!!!
