Stuffed Goat
I used to have an Arab cookbook that had the basic recipe for roasted
goat. It was stuffed with rice, meat and spices and roasted in an
oven. I have lost the book and can't find the recipe on line. Any
help out there?

Thanks. This was a traditional Saudi dish (that I had years ago in
Saudi Arabia) and didn't have tomatoes. I tried googling and kept
getting recipies for things stuffed with goat cheese. LOLOL.

Put "cheese" in the box for "any of these unwanted words".
You only see that box doing an Advanced Search, of course.
How you do an Advanced Search is a closely guarded secret
only known to the Masters of the Universe and the guy who
draws the Dilbert comic strip.

Use a search term like:
Stuffed roast goat -cheese
"-cheese" says don't show me links that have "cheese" in them.

Thanks. I think that is it. Except when I had it they also put
chunks of goat meat in the rice stuffing. Boy did I have to wade
through all those *%@#$#^* spam posts. Wish somebody could block
those.

Long ago I had an Arab style whole roast lamb for a party. Fabulous.

That's a good concept. Flavoring the rice stuffing with its own type of
meat.

Good news providers do a much better job of filtering spam. When I use
google as my backup reader I say at least 10 times as much spam posts as
when I read through eternal-september.org.
