Sriracha Egg Salad
All that talk of sriracha made me crave some sriracha. But I
needed a delivery vehicle. Looking through the fridge, I see hard
boiled eggs. Bingo!
Egg salad sandwich made with sriracha mayo - Nothing else except a
little added salt. Eggcelent combo!
This will be on the menu of my fictitious restaurant/snow cone
joint.
Sandwich Name: The Sqwertzenegger! Ingredient/packaging cost
$.50. Retail price: $2.50.
(And sriracha comes in a sqwert bottle!)

Hey, Squert!
I like it. So why didn't I think of that?

Sounds good! Last time my daughter was home and we had some HB eggs,
she suggested deviled eggs. She was going to garnish most with cayenne
and a few with paprika (for my wife), but I got out the sriracha and
drew some happy faces on a few of them. That's definitely a good
combination.

We've been putting some on plain halved h.b. eggs for some time. I always
have a couple of bottles on hand.
