I don't remember the mushroom soup, but I remembeer the rest. My mom used
to put chili powder in it. I make "chili-mac" which I think is essentially
the same thing, but I spice it up a bit more.

When I was a kid, my family made spaghetti with Campbell's tomato soup
instead of tomato sauce.

I still wake up screaming.

You may add a little bit of milk if it seems too thick after mixing it
all together with the ground beef and macaroni but you certainly don't
want it to be soupy.

LOL Like my mom's version of "chili". It didn't make me scream but it was
absolutely bland and boring. Tomato soup with ground beef & kidney beans.
At some point she started adding some McCormick's (mild) chili seasoning. I
think people raised in Ohio in the 1930's and 40's had an ingrained fear of
spices
